Rochester Engineer Jeff Collins Named Young Engineer of the Year

Jeff Collins, one of Rochester’s Senior Engineers, was name Young Engineer of the Year for 2013 by the Georgia Engineering Alliance. Collins, a 2001 graduate of the University of Evansville in Evansville, Indiana, was recognized for expertise in design and construction management—most notably for his work on the Lake Lanier Development Authority Infrastructure project as well as the West Point Fire Station.

In multiple recommendation letters, Collins was commended for his high standards for quality assurance and quality control on large, multi-year projects.
