Windward
Windward is a 3,400 acre community containing
several subdivisions, a business park, recreation areas, a 200
acre man made lake, a 36-hole championship golf course, clubhouse
and meeting and maintenance facilities. Rochester performed intense
surveying work over several years, complementing master planning
and engineering services.
