SummerGrove

Rochester completed survey, design and project management services for SummerGrove, a Master-Planned community located in historic Newnan, GA, south of Atlanta. Recently named "Best Planned Community" by the Home Automation Association, the 1,331 acre community features both town homes and single-family homes, comprising 2,266 residential units. Winding through the center of the community is an 18-hole championship golf course, nationally ranked by Golf Digest. In addition, the neighborhood boasts boating and fishing on a 100-acre lake, several amenity areas with swimming, tennis, basketball, volleyball, and a lazy river water park, hundreds of acres of parks, walking paths, grassy spaces and wooded areas. In addition, every home is wired for high speed internet access and a community intranet. Rochester also designed over 23 thousand square feet of commercial space as part of the community.

SummerGrove's developer is Pathway Communities, a company with more than 20 years of experience creating some of metro Atlanta's most popular living environments. Rochester began its relationship with Pathway in the 1990's developing Peachtree City, one of America's most successful Master-Planned Cities. We have now successfully worked with Pathway on eight Master-Planned developments.
