Lake Lanier IslandS Over the past 30 years, Rochester has been provided a full spectrum of services to Lake Lanier Islands, a large island surround by the waters of Lake Sidney Lanier owned by the Corp of Engineers, leased to the State of Georgia, and sub-leased by private developers. This firm has provided numerous surveying services which included horizontal and vertical control, topographic surveys, boundary surveys, miles of sewer lines, cross-sections, calculated earthwork quantities, as-built and construction staking on the following: large parking areas, water park and beach areas, 2 golf courses, The Hilton Resort and Stouffer Pine Isle Resort, a treatment plan, recreation areas, and a marina site in which we sounded the bottom of the lake.

RAI is currently assisting Renaissance PineIsle and CTF Hotels and Resorts with development and permitting through the USACE of a Shoreline Stabilization Master Plan for approximately 9000 linear feet of shoreline.
