Rochester and Associates, Inc. began working with Chateau Elan, a 2600-acre Master Planned community located north of Atlanta, in 1985. This resort includes several small and large-scale residential subdivisions, a unique winery, hotel, health spa, three 18-hole championship golf courses and a 9-hole - par-3 executive course with several man-made lakes, two clubhouses, meeting facilities, and golf maintenance facility. Rochester has provided substantial survey, civil site design and project management services for this resort development.
