Gainesville State College
Rochester has performed a variety of civil engineering, surveying
and construction management services at Gainesville State College. In combination these
services encompass roughly half of the campus. Specific services include utility mapping,
hydrology and flood study for future development, evaluation of collapsed storm drain
infrastructure, design, permitting and construction management of stormwater replacement;
predesign surveys for buildings and parking lots, and overflow parking areas.
