Mulberry Creek Regional Sewerage Facilities

Project Description

The Mulberry Creek Regional Sewerage Facilities was designed to provide sanitary sewer to the rapidly growing south Hall area. The project consisted of two (2) – 3.0 MGD pump stations, 13 miles of force main and 3 miles of gravity sewer ranging from 18” to 36” in diameter.  The estimated project cost was $42 million. Serving as the prime, Rochester & Associates performed project management, topographic survey, project planning and construction documents for this project. The firm was responsible for the design of the gravity and force main, permitting, funding, construction observation and as-built CAD services.  Project was completed on schedule under budget.
