Rochester & Associates along with Woodard & Curran assisted campus staff with preparing a comprehensive campus utility GIS database and condition and capacity assessment for the following utilities: water, sanitary sewer, storm, power, gas and communications. Rochester surveyed and took geo-referenced utility photos and videoed sanitary sewer and storm lines for incorporation into the web based utility database. Each utility is color coded based on Utility Protection Center (UPC) color code standards and is show on its own layer and individual sheet as well as on a comprehensive campus utility map. The deliverables include a paper copy and electronic copy in PDF, CAD and web GIS database.
