Darrell K. Rochester, PE
CEO

Mr. Darrell K. Rochester combines large-project design experience gained in an ENR100 firm with direct land development experience with an international developer of large Master Planned communities. His high standards for quality assurance and quality control on high profile and multi-year projects have earned him recognition within the southeastern United States engineering community. Most recent awards include being named as one of Georgia Trend Magazine's Top 40 under 40 (1999) and one of Georgia Institute of Technology College of Engineering's Outstanding Young Alumni (2000), from where he graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering in 1983.

Mr. Rochester's wealth of experience includes development of project scopes and schedules by working with the clients' particular needs while conforming to the requirements of the governmental agencies involved in project review. He also has worked extensively in the development of highway designs including master plans, preparation of concept plans, preparation of formal designs, analysis of design to determine cost feasibility, and efficiency of design. He also knows the requirements of the appropriate governmental agencies for approval and permitting and can address any concerns which may arise with any given project from the client.

Edward P. Jolliffe
President

Mr. Jolliffe was named President of Rochester & Associates, Inc in February of 2007. He brings 30 years of business experience both in Fortune 500 companies and in smaller family owned companies. Prior to joining Rochester he was president of The Schneider Corporation Indianapolis, IN based engineering and land surveying firm. During his nine year tenure he helped grow the company from a $10 million residential site development firm in Indianapolis to a multi sector firm with revenues of $35 million with offices in four states. Prior to joining Schneider he was president of Fibrex, Inc in Alexandria, IN and held various positions with U S Steel in Pittsburgh, Philadelphia and Chicago.

Mr. Jolliffe earned a B.S. degree in accounting from West Virginia University and obtained his CPA certificate in 1986. In keeping with his belief in giving back to the community he most recently served as President of the Indianapolis Parks Foundation and is a Rotarian.

His prior experience in the engineering and surveying industry allowed him to make an immediate impact upon joining Rochester & Associates, Inc.

Brian Rochester
Executive Vice-President

Mr. Brian K. Rochester is responsible marketing and business development for the firm. His goal is to assist clients in with their projects from the conceptual stage to the point of execution. He has also coordinated highly visible Rochester projects including infrastructure for large Master Planned and golf course communities. Projects include: Legacy Park - 700-acres in Cobb County, Georgia; Lake Lanier Country Club - 450 acres in Hall County, Georgia; and Chattahoochee River Club - 750-acres in Forsyth County, Georgia. He has worked closely with existing and potential clients of the firm in coordinating project feasibility issues such as zoning compliance, infrastructure requirements and other due diligence issues. Mr. Rochester is a graduate of The Citadel, Charleston, South Carolina, where he graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering in 1987.

James E. Neuhaus, PE
Senior Vice-President, Atlanta Metro

As Vice President for Atlanta Metro and former owner of a south Florida civil engineering and surveying firm for 17 years, Mr. Neuhaus has over 30 years design and project management experience. He gained valuable public sector perspective through six years of service on the Zoning Board of Appeals for the City of Palm Beach Gardens in Florida. Mr. Neuhaus has extensive experience with a wide range of public sector facility and infrastructure projects, including schools, prisons, single- and multi-family residential, water treatment and reclamation. He coordinates the efforts of three metro Atlanta offices. Mr. Neuhaus is a graduate of Clemson University with a degree in Civil Engineering and is licensed in Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, and New Jersey as well as Georgia.
