History Rochester & Associates, Inc. was established in 1966 by B. Keith Rochester, RLS, as a surveying firm serving the Southeastern United States. Keith began in his home with nothing but a $2,000 investment and a dream of creating a significant company. Since that time, the firm has grown in size, number of offices and scope of services to become a multifaceted land development consulting firm. Today the company is owned and operated by Darrell Rochester, CEO, and Brian Rochester, Executive Vice-President.

Key Milestones

• 1966 – Keith and Dale Rochester establish Rochester & Associates, Inc. as surveying firm
• 1988 – Civil Engineering becomes core service
• 1991 – Project Management discipline introduced
• 2004 – Company renews focus on core services, core clients
• 2004 – Keith Rochester, founder, passes
